Artificial Intelligence for Human Resource Management

The Indian Air Force asks for a modular AI system to plan officer postings by balancing organisational needs with qualifications, tenure, performance, preferences, career progression, policies and regulations. It should automate data processing, present transparent recommendations and dashboards, show the effect of a movement on other locations, and support implementation and evaluation. Development must be possible with dummy data, and the source frames the system as decision support for a process currently described as manual and subjective.
