Implementation of the Alumni Association platform for the University/Institute.

Source

Source summary

Create web and mobile alumni-association applications for a Government Engineering College. Include registration/profile updates, secure donations, networking and mentorship by interest or profession, job posting/search, a searchable directory, achievement stories, event/reunion management and feedback/surveys. The source prioritises usability, security and scalability across both platforms; engagement, philanthropy and career benefits are intended outcomes.

Automated System for Career Advancements of the Faculties of Higher Education

Create a secure web-based faculty self-appraisal platform for higher education. Automatically consolidate publication records and let faculty log events, seminars, projects and lectures, giving administrators a broader view of academic contributions. Administrators should view submissions, sort by name, employee code or submission date, and download them as PDFs. Registration, personalised access and confidentiality are required. Allow real-time updates and provide encrypted access controls, scalable storage and responsive form validation; the source also lists development tools and a browser workstation with at least 4 GB available RAM.

Publications summary generator for faculty members profile building

Generate faculty publication summaries by collecting records from academic databases such as Google Scholar and DBLP. Accept faculty names as used in their publication profiles in an Excel sheet; a consolidated BibTeX file is suggested for an initial version. Produce year-wise journal and conference records exportable to Word and Excel, with queries for custom date ranges used in accreditation submissions and faculty profiles.

Learning path dashboard for enhancing skills

Create a learning-path dashboard where instructors assemble resources from PDFs, Word files, literature links and videos. Show reading time by topic, time to finish a skill and continuously updated learner progress, following UX principles. The capture's background unexpectedly discusses publication records in BibTeX or Excel; that input wording conflicts with the otherwise learning-dashboard scope and needs clarification.
