Source summary
Create NCIIPC supervisory analytics from periodic multi-entity SOC alert/case submissions, identifying execution gaps and missing expected evidence, comparing peers and prioritising human examination. Provide explained, traceable findings, evidence drill-down, trends and risk indicators. It must not be a live SOC/SIEM, continuous telemetry collector or national monitoring platform. Minimise raw/sensitive data dependency and operate entirely locally offline without cloud/SaaS/external models. AI is optional with documented architecture, updates and auditability. Validate against expert manual review and supply prototype, method, data/infrastructure and deployment requirements.
