A proving ground and a launchpad

The idea
Z47 describes India as a demanding early proving ground and a base for global companies. Equal access to AI tools, changing supply chains, talent and rapid exposure to edge cases support its argument that global requirements should influence design from the start, rather than only after domestic success.
Why this is interesting
- India can expose cost, scale and edge cases early, although a demanding home market does not guarantee that buyer needs, regulation or distribution transfer globally.
- A venture thesis describes where an investor sees possibility. It does not by itself identify a narrow buyer, an entry wedge or evidence of demand.
Possible starting points
Dual-market regulated workflow
Start with a problem shared across India and one target market, then design evidence, controls and integrations for both from the outset.
Edge-case quality infrastructure
Turn experience with varied users, data and operating conditions into testing and recovery capabilities for global products.
Questions to answer
- Which customer problem and purchase process genuinely transfer across the chosen markets?
- How will the product avoid becoming a separate custom implementation for every geography?
